Our Commitment
At Trevo, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no complicated questions asked.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This exceeds the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal required under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition;

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included;

You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Send an email to support@trevo-shop.com with:

Your order number

The product(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
Step 2: We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend you retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Note for EU consumers: Under EU law, if you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or have failed to inform you that you bear those costs.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product);

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@trevo-shop.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos or video evidence of the defect or damage
We will cover all costs associated with returning defective or incorrect items and will offer you: (a) a full replacement, or (b) a full refund, at your choice.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery;

Products with missing accessories, original packaging, or documentation;

Products purchased during final-sale promotions (where explicitly stated at the time of purchase);

Digital products or downloadable content, if applicable.

8. EU Two-Year Legal Guarantee
If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from a two-year legal guarantee under Directive 2019/771. This means that if a product proves to be defective within two years of delivery, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. This statutory right is independent of and in addition to our 30-day return policy.
