Trevo — Shipping Policy

Overview
Trevo ships worldwide. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our partner warehouses in Asia, Europe and US. We are committed to fast dispatch and transparent, fully tracked delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier capacity, or events outside our control (e.g., public holidays, weather, strikes).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order total. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the current threshold is displayed on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly on our website.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the seller's country of origin may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We are not able to predict or control customs fees. If you are unsure about the applicable charges in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.
Note for EU customers: All prices on our website include VAT where applicable. You should not be charged additional VAT at the border for orders that are correctly VAT-declared by our fulfilment partner.
6. Delivery Failure & Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may offer to re-ship the order at the customer's expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Contact us immediately at support@trevo-shop.com if you need to change a shipping address — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbours and your building's reception or post room;

Check for a delivery notification card from the carrier;

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the package cannot be located after these steps, contact us at support@trevo-shop.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by: customs processing, carrier failures, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. We will always do our best to keep you informed and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
