These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trevo-shop.com and the purchase of products from Trevo. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in product listings and to cancel any orders placed based on incorrect pricing.

Prices displayed include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price shown at the time of your order is the price you will pay.

4. Order Process & Contract Formation

Browsing our store and adding items to your cart does not constitute a binding order. A legally binding contract is formed only when:

• You complete the checkout process and click the final payment confirmation button;

• You receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order after confirmation, for example if the product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Payment is charged at the time of order. All prices are in the currency displayed for your region.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are fulfilled from warehouses in Asia. Estimated delivery to EU countries is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (cooling-off period), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

8. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@trevo-shop.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EU consumers retain full statutory warranty rights under Directive 2019/771 (two-year legal guarantee). Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on trevo-shop.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Trevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in ADR proceedings, but you are welcome to contact us directly to resolve any dispute.
